Hello, I’m Moira, a reiki master and a doula practitioner based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
With over twenty years’ formal experience and a lifetime of caring for individuals, families and children, I use my deep knowledge and understanding of natural therapeutic techniques to support people through challenges and transitions at all stages of life.
I am compassionate, intuitive and have a very wide of experience of life. I know first hand the power of a holistic approach to health, wellbeing and birth and I care deeply about children and family in the broadest sense.
To me, ‘support’ means to hold up, help, care for and nurture, to advocate for and defend. This idea informs everything I do.
Reiki healing
The touch of reiki is known to transform pain or unease in body, mind and soul. I am a master practitioner with over 20 years experience of treating and teaching reiki so you can be assured you will be held in experienced and healing hands. From my base in East Grinstead, I offer reiki healing treatments as well as reiki training for all levels.
Doula care
As a qualified doula practitioner, I will offer you continuous, compassionate care and support in the pre- and post-natal periods. I can help you prepare and plan the birth you want, support you throughout and help you make evidence-based and informed choices for your birth journey.
